Play Schools near Orchid Enclave

School, school and school....

This was the only topic of discussion today among the mothers whom I met in the play area today. Since, it was my first day in the society, even I was keen in knowing about some schools for my three year old daughter. However, as most of the residents have recently moved (a month or less), no one was very sure about the schools in the vicinity.

So in order to figure out the right school for my kid, I did some research on play schools near Orchid Enclave. If you are one of the parents looking for a play school, just read on...

Play School and Day Care near Orchid Enclave

Podar Jumbo Kids -The closest option for the kids (Playgroup, Nursery, Junior KG and Senior KG) is Podar Jumbo Kids School. This branch is located adjacent to Avon Super Market. The franchisee is owned by Ms. Lavya, who runs the school with 3 more teachers. Conveyance is readily available and working parents can also avail the daycare facilities. The school has also plans to run a summer camp starting from mid April.

Bachpan - Bachpan is yet another play school which is operational at Maruti Kuteer in Sai Colony Extension. More details can be gathered at http://www.bachpanglobal.com/.

KidZee - KidZee is also conveniently located at an approximate distance of 2 km from Orchid Enclave. The staff is well trained and transport is also available.

Euro Kids - A Euro Kids branch will be operation next to Nitesh Flushing Meadows from the month of April. The admissions are open and the school has plans to start a summer camp also. For details call - Ms. Shilpa -9880464455

Vibgyor High - Vibgyor High is a suitable option for parents who want to settle with their kids school in one go. Located at a distance of approximate 2.5 km from Orchid Enclave, near Safal Market, Vibgyor High has   both pre primary and primary classes running (Playgroup- Class Four). The school provides breakfast, transport and also has a day care running till 8 pm.

A Winning Start

So, the Orchid finally blossomed today....

What made me say that was the effort of the residents of Orchid Enclave to come together. Yes, the first informal meet of the residents was held today at Flat B- 1003.

There was a mix of known and unknown faces; people who have already shifted and people who are yet to shift. A brief intro brought us all to a common platform and the first unanimously taken decision was to have orchidenclavebng@google.com as a common group for all type of correspondence. 

Moving on, there were discussions on various topics ranging from Internet service provider to security and maintenance of the building. (PS- We'll keep the residents posted once any conclusions are drawn).

A mix of pleasant smiles, small surprises, witty one liners and hearty laughs, this one hour first meet of Orchid Enclave Residents was a milestone achieved.

Our New Address - Orchid Enclave Whitefield

It feels great to announce that we have got a new address now :)

Yes you read it right. We will now be based at Orchid Enclave, Whitefield.

This blog is a small effort of mine in order to connect all the new residents of Orchid Enclave.

I know most of us have waited long to see our new house ready (FYI - We (me and my hubby) have been visiting every weekend since last two years and have seen it from a plain piece of land to 12 storey building which will house 132 families. I am sure there must be many more like us).

I intend to keep all the families posted about the new happening in the place through this blog and this would not be possible without everyone's help.

So guys, keep me posted about any info related to OE which you want to share with all. Pics and texts both are welcome.
